the ark is located on a 50 plus acre property with 7 homes The land has hiking trails, a labyrinth, a pond to fish, a creek that runs year round.
we have several cool places to rent including a civil war cabin The Ark that was recently featured in Southern Living Magazine. The treehouse and treehouse mansion are also fabulous. People travel from far away to stay in the fabulous unique spaces.
we currently live in a four-story lighthouse tower that is being renovated There is even a meeting hall that seats 50 people plus people.
please note there will be a $150 security deposit hold that will be refunded 5-7 days after checkout if no damages occurred Prices are for two. All visitors and extra guests must pay $35. Also, we have one outdoor Ring doorbell camera on the front porch at the bottom of the exterior stairs facing the driveway. The Ring camera will be on during your stay. We also require a rental contract to be signed via SignRequest before arrival.
we welcome your furry friends We ask that they stay on a leash and not be left unattended. There is a $100 pet fee on VRBO that must be paid prior to arrival. The pet fee on our website is $50.
there is a private two person hot tub at the ark We also have a shared hot tub located about 500 feet away situated on a deck over looking a beautiful creek.
